I’ve spent more than 15 years studying and practicing a wide range of therapeutic and mind‑body modalities. I believe that meaningful change is possible when we feel supported, connected, and empowered to explore what we need.
My approach is direct yet gentle, structured yet flexible. I offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can work toward your personal goals, whether that’s easing physical tension, building healthier habits, or finding more clarity and calm.
I am a licensed Massage Therapist, certified Personal Fitness Trainer, and certified Meditation Coach with training in Lomi Lomi Massage, Chi Nei Tsang, acupressure, guided meditation, intuitive development, somatic awareness, Polarity Therapy, trauma‑informed yoga, and life coaching.
I intend to help you reconnect with your own inner steadiness and insight, and to support you in creating a life that feels more aligned, joyful, and fulfilling.
Traditional Therapeutic Massage Therapy
This session focuses on relieving tension, reducing stress, and supporting your body’s natural ability to unwind. Whether you’re experiencing discomfort from stress, overwhelm, fatigue, injury, illness, grief, or simply the pace of life, this is time set aside for you to rest and reset.

Gentle stretching
Calming mind‑body techniques.
$100 per 60-minute session
$25 per extra 15 minutes, up to 2 hours.

This session blends therapeutic massage with intuitive, mindful practices to support deep relaxation and renewal. Drawing from modalities such as Lomi Lomi, Swedish massage, prenatal massage, deep tissue techniques, hydrotherapy, Polarity Therapy, Chi Nei Tsang, and acupressure, we create a session tailored to your needs.
We may incorporate breathwork, guided awareness, or gentle mind‑body techniques to help you reconnect with areas of tension and restore a sense of ease. Sessions can be hands‑on, hands‑off, or a combination; we’ll choose what feels right for you.
$130 per 60-minute session
Appointment includes a 30‑minute wellness coaching.
$25 per additional 15 minutes (up to 2 hours).

Each session begins with a check‑in and intention setting. We explore different meditation styles, breathing techniques, and mind‑body practices to help you discover what works best for you. Together, we’ll create simple and sustainable practices that support your daily life.
You’ll leave each session with clear goals and practical tools, from small lifestyle shifts to reflective exercises to help you build a meaningful and consistent practice.
$80 per 60-minute session
4-session minimum commitment.

This small‑group experience offers connection, reflection, and shared practice. We meet in a supportive group of three or more to check in, meditate, and build a sense of community.
Group work often brings a unique kind of insight and encouragement. It can help you feel seen, supported, and connected as you explore your meditation practice alongside others.
