I believe that awakening the authenticity, validity, and significance of the sacred inner world is what we must focus on to transform, both individually and collectively. The time is now! Do you hear the call?
Meaningful change begins when we feel safe, supported, and connected to ourselves. My work centers on helping people build that connection through the body, through breath, and through practices that bring clarity and ease.
I’ve been practicing massage therapy and meditation coaching for more than 19 years, with experience in Austin, Texas; Kailua, Hawaii; Osaka, Japan; and Ann Arbor, Michigan.
I now live in southeast Michigan, where I spend my time learning, creating, exploring nature, and raising two wonderful children who continually teach me about the importance of presence and resilience. I care deeply about well‑being, empowerment, and reducing unnecessary suffering in the world.
You can often find me outdoors, in community circles, reading, or simply enjoying quiet moments with the people I love.

I am passionate about environmental justice, human rights, women’s empowerment, and children’s growth and development. Called to end unnecessary suffering, I focus on preventing violence against women, children, and the planet. I actively support the Women’s Leadership Taskforce at the Parliament of the World’s Religions, the UN Commission on the Status of Women, and I co‑authored Permission to Burn, a free PDF guide that helps readers transform their anger and sacred rage into healing and meaningful action.
